Getting started
If you are interested in getting started with Caryn, please call or text 616.843.0825 or email cnaviscounseling@gmail.com. The communication will remain completely confidential, and Caryn will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Location
Caryn’s office is in the Park Place Office Center. The address is 950 Taylor Suite 200 in Grand Haven. It is on the second floor and in the southwest corner. There is ample parking provided on both sides of the building, and there is an elevator, making the office fully accessible. Caryn’s name is on the elevator sign and outside of the door to the office. There is no receptionist, but you will find a waiting room in suite 200 where you can sit and wait for your appointment.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. All appointments are 45-55 minutes long. Your first appointment will require the full 55 minutes. If you are seeking counseling for a child under the age of 11, you may be asked to attend the first appointment without your child.
Prior to your first appointment, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company and to understand what they will provide for sessions, as well as what portion you will be responsible for paying. Caryn accepts cash, check, HSA/FSA, and credit cards.
